Three rules the app keeps
- Shelf first. What your shop already has comes before what a distributor can send, in every search, list and picker.
- Staff-only data looks staff-only. Dealer cost, margin and distributor item numbers sit in fenced, labeled columns. Public keys can't return them.
- Nothing happens on its own. Rollmark makes drafts. Staff send distributor orders, confirm what's filled and mark shipments shipped. Nothing is written to your FastBound book.

Rollmark records and checks. It doesn't decide whether a sale or transfer is legal. State and age flags are a helper, not a legal opinion, and your shop still verifies every license before it ships.
