Shelf and FastBound

Rollmark reads the guns on hand in your FastBound book and matches them to products. Anything not in FastBound, like ammo and accessories, you can add by hand.

Connect FastBound

An owner adds the FastBound account in Settings. The shelf refreshes every 6 hours, or ask for a refresh from the Shelf screen. Rollmark only reads your book. It never writes an acquisition or disposition.

Hand-added stock

Shelf, Manual lets you add items with quantity and your price. They show in Lookup and fill orders the same way FastBound items do.

Hide an item from your store

Turn on Hide from store on any shelf item to keep it out of the products API and your website while staff still see it.

Serial numbers

Rollmark keeps only the last four digits of a serial. When you fill an order from a specific gun, the full serial is read from FastBound for that confirmation and isn't stored.
