Start a transfer
Website orders become transfers on their own. Everything else, enter by hand.
Pick the kind
| Kind | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Sale | A gun you sold that ships to the buyer's dealer. |
| Service | Out to a gunsmith, refinisher, engraver or the maker for warranty. |
| Dealer transfer | To another dealer, with no retail buyer. |
| Inventory move | Between your own licenses or locations. |
| Other | Anything else. Add a note. |
Steps

Add the items.
From your shelf, from a distributor for drop-ship, or from the product library.

Pick the receiving dealer.
Search by name, city, ZIP or license number. Your preferred dealers show first.

Add the buyer
if there is one. Optional for service and dealer transfers.

Save.
It's saved as Pending and written to the audit log.
When Rollmark won't let you pick a dealer
- The dealer is on your blocklist.
- The license isn't current on ATF's list.
- The license only covers ammunition.
- The transfer has no firearm on it.
