Checks before it ships
Record what you checked on the transfer itself. Rollmark shows each check as its own fact, so nobody mistakes a copy on file for a license you verified today.
Three separate facts
| Fact | What you record |
|---|---|
| License copy on file | A copy approved for this license term. See License copies. |
| Status checked | Your FFL eZ Check: the day, the result, who checked, and the license expiry it showed. |
| Accepted | The receiving dealer agreed to take this transfer. |
California
For a receiving dealer in California, enter the CFLC number. The transfer is held until you do.
Typed by staff
You run eZ Check yourself and type in the result. Rollmark doesn't query ATF on your behalf.
