Search by name, maker, model, caliber, UPC or a distributor's item number. Results come back shelf first.
How results are grouped
- On our shelf: matches from FastBound or stock you entered by hand.
- From distributors: what your connected accounts have, each with its stock, your cost (staff only) and your price.
Badges on a product
| Badge | Means |

| On our shelf | In your FastBound book or hand-added stock. |
| Allocated | The distributor limits who can order it. |
| Drop-ship: yes | This distributor can ship it straight to the receiving dealer, under your drop-ship settings. Connect Pro. |
| Drop-ship: no | It has to come to your shop first. |
| NFA | Handled under your NFA rule: sold, pickup only, or hidden. |
The product page
Specs, photos, MSRP and MAP, then every place you can get it: your shelf first, then each distributor with stock and cost. From here you can fill an order from the shelf, add it to a distributor draft, or add it to a transfer.
When something's in the wrong category
Report a category fix from the product. Once Rollmark staff approve it, it holds even when the distributor's feed sends the old category again.
