Distributor orders
Order from your own distributor accounts without leaving Rollmark. Rollmark builds the draft. An owner or manager reviews and sends it.
From draft to sent
From Lookup, Restock or a customer order line. The basket keeps one draft per distributor.
A stock order comes to your shop. A customer order is linked to one or more customer orders.
Rollmark sets the ship-to from your drop-ship settings: your shop, or the receiving dealer when drop-ship is allowed.
The review screen shows exactly what will be sent. If anything changes after you open it, Rollmark asks you to review again.
Owners and managers only. Nothing is ordered until you send it.
Mark lines received when the box arrives. Linked customer orders update.
When customer orders go to the same place, Rollmark groups them. If a distributor needs one order per customer, it sends them separately for you.

Choose I placed this order to record an order you made by phone, email or the distributor's site. It links to customer orders and receives the same way.
