Sign in and stores
Each person at your shop has their own login. One login can belong to more than one store.
Your first sign-in

Open the invite email.
Every account starts from an invite. There is no public sign-up page.

Set your password.
Rollmark never asks for it by phone or email.

Pick your store.
If your login belongs to more than one store, the store picker shows them. Switch any time from the bar.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link goes to your email and works once. After several wrong tries, sign-in pauses for a few minutes.
When someone leaves
An owner or manager removes them in Settings, Staff. Their sessions end right away. What they did stays in the shop's audit log under their name.
