Customer orders
Orders your website sends through FFL Checkout land here, matched to your store's own order number, with the receiving dealer the shopper picked.
How an order arrives

Pending.
The shopper picks a dealer and continues to payment. Your store sends Rollmark a pending order.

Matched.
When your store creates its order, it's matched to the pending one. If that didn't happen, match it by hand from the order.

Filled.
Each line is filled from the shelf, from a distributor order, or by drop-ship. The order shows which.
Filling a line
- From the shelf: pick the FastBound or hand-added item. For a gun, confirm the serial.
- From a distributor: add the line to a distributor order. Several customer orders can share one distributor order.
- Override: mark a line filled another way, with a note.
Change an order
Add, change or remove lines after the order arrives. Choose Add item to search Lookup and add a line. Each change is written to the audit log. Add a PO number for your own records. Cancel with a reason.
