Distributors and feeds
Rollmark pulls catalogs into one shared product library. Your cost and stock come from your own accounts and are never shared with another shop.

Connect an account
Owners and managers enter each login in Settings, Distributor logins. Passwords are write-only: once saved, nobody can read them back. On Connect you pick up to three distributors; on Connect Pro, all of them.
Refresh now
Ask for a refresh of one distributor from its row, or a full rebuild of your listings after changing pricing rules. After a failed login, fix it and choose Try again.
The product library
One product per UPC, one category system for every distributor, MSRP and MAP. When your account has an item the library doesn't, it's added as pending and Rollmark staff approve it.
