Billing

Billing runs through Stripe. Owners manage the card, invoices and plan from Settings, Billing.

Launch prices

Shops that sign up during the launch keep their prices for 24 months from the first paid month. The lock date shows on the Billing screen.

Rollmark Transfers

No per-shipment charge and no limit. The Billing screen shows how many you shipped this month, for your information.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries again and emails the owner. After the grace period, the app goes read-only: staff can look but not change anything until the payment goes through. If a subscription ends, the checkout API stops answering your website.
